Tama Development, Inc was recently formed when two of
San Antonio's Residential Developers decided that two
heads are better then one. Vincent Menetti Sr., the
Company's Chairman and Dwayne Thompson, the
Company's President had worked on numerous projects
together in the past.
Their businesses complemented each other, Vincent as
head of Curtis Neal and Associates, Architects and
Engineers and Dwayne's TM Mortgage were working hand
in hand making each project come together.
They had all the bases covered, Design, Construction and
Financing. The only thing else they needed was to bring on
board the legal talent to complete this perfect combination.
They contacted their long time attorney, Robert Wilson, and
the Trifecta was born.
Great things are in the works and plans for their first two
endeavors, the Reserve at Retama and the Crockett Street
Condominium are well on their way.
