Mr. Thompson is a member of the Board of Directors and heads up
our development team. He is a graduate of Abilene Christian
University where he received a BA in Business and a licenced
Texas Mortgage Broker who has been in the residential financing
and development field for the last 15 years.
His attention to detail will insure a quality development and a
great place to live and play.

Mr. Menetti, our Chairman of the Board, is a graduate Architect of the
National Technical University of Athens, Greece where he received a
Master of Architecture degree. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., he has been a
resident of San Antonio since 1991. He settled here after retiring from
the Department of State where he worked overseas as a Senior Design
Specialist for 22 years.
He is responsible for the luxurious designs featured in this special Town
Home Community and will head up the construction team.

Financial Development Department and is responsible for the financial
